Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices and then into thin shreds.
Rinse the shredded pork to remove any blood, squeeze out the excess water, and marinate with cornstarch for 1 hour.
Marinate the shredded pork with egg white and beer for 30 minutes.
Heat up the oil in a wok until it is half hot, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it is evenly cooked. Remove from the wok.
Stir-fry ginger, garlic, and Thai chili in the remaining oil until fragrant.
Add the shredded pork back into the wok and stir-fry until it is evenly coated with the seasonings.
Add oyster sauce and monosodium glutamate, and stir-fry until the pork is evenly coated and colored.
Sprinkle homemade barbecue powder and seasoned salt, stir-fry until fragrant, and serve.
