Prepare the ingredients. This amount can make 2 molds.
Mix glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, and granulated sugar evenly.
Slowly add water while stirring the flour with chopsticks to form coarse grains.
Then use your hands to knead the coarse grains into small grains.
After kneading into small grains, sift through a flour sieve. You can use a spoon to press and sift at the same time.
The sifted rice flour should be fine and fluffy.
