Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions for Hello Kitty Yogurt Mousse
This is the quantity for two 6-inch molds.
For the homemade yogurt, mix 200g of milk powder with 800ml of warm water, strain once, add a packet of yogurt culture, stir well, place in a yogurt maker, and let it sit for 6 to 8 hours. Once done, refrigerate overnight. Melt the QQ Candy over a double boiler, pipe or spoon it into the mold for the bow and nose, then refrigerate to set. The mold is uneven due to the bow, so remember to level it out!
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until soft, then heat 70g of water until the gelatin melts.
Combine sugar with yogurt until dissolved.
Whip the cream until slightly flowing.
Combine the yogurt and whipped cream, add the melted gelatin water, and mix well.
Pour half of the mousse mixture into the mold, then place a piece of cake (cut into small pieces) on top.
Fill the mold with the remaining mousse mixture and refrigerate overnight.
When removing from the mold, use a warm towel or a hairdryer to help release, then melt the dark chocolate, pipe it onto the eyes and whiskers, and you’re done!
