Prepare the ingredients (I have already shelled the edamame)
Cut the dried tofu into cubes, cut the hot dog into cubes, and cut the green pepper into pieces
Preheat the cooking oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant
Add the green pepper and stir-fry
Then add the dried tofu, hot dog, stir-fry for 2 minutes
