Detailed Steps for Making Homemade Chocolate Filled Ice Cream
Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.
Melt 40g of chocolate in 100g of heavy cream over hot water (water temperature at about 50 degrees Celsius).
Put the melted chocolate into a piping bag, tie the bag and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to freeze.
Cut the dragon fruit into pieces and blend it in a food processor to make juice.
Add 40g of sugar to 500g of heavy cream and beat until it is 90% fluffy.
Add the dragon fruit juice to the cream mixture and mix well. Then put it into a piping bag.
Squeeze the cream and fruit mixture into the molds, fill them 5/10 full, and then put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to freeze.
Place the kiwi slices on the surface, cover with the lid and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
The ice cream has a soft texture and is not as hard as a popsicle.
The chocolate filling also adds a rich flavor.
