Pour oats into a pan, stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant (high heat may cause burning), then transfer to a flat plate to cool.
In the same pan, add brown sugar, maple syrup, and corn oil, heat over the stove. Stir until the brown sugar melts and bubbles, then turn off the heat and add the previously stir-fried oats and nuts.
Reduce heat, continuously stir with a spatula. Stir from a sticky consistency at the beginning to a granular consistency without moisture. Turn off the heat.
Add dried fruits to the mixture, stir well.
Then pour the mixture onto a flat plate lined with parchment paper, spread out and let it cool.
Once completely cooled, store in a jar or sealed bag, can be stored at room temperature for up to a month.
