Steps to make Homemade Italian Tomato Sauce
Prepare the ingredients
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces less than one centimeter, cut the onion into small pieces less than one centimeter, and crush the garlic and chop it into small pieces.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan
Add the onion, 1 gram of salt, and stir-fry over medium heat
When the onion is transparent, add the tomato pieces and continue to stir-fry over medium heat
After the soup is stir-fried, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, and observe the soup at any time
When there is little soup left, open the lid and pour in 20g of tomato sauce, which mainly serves to thicken and add some red color
Pour in the chopped garlic and continue to stir-fry for about 3 minutes to mature the garlic. Taste it and add some salt if necessary
