Cornstarch: 50g; Pepper: 2g; Ginger: 40g; Five Spice Powder: 2g; Light Soy Sauce: 15g; Salt: 5g; Sugar: 3g.

Detailed Steps for Making Homemade Luncheon Meat
Minced pork leg meat and chicken breast meat.
Mix into a paste.
Chop ginger and extract juice.
Add all seasonings and ginger juice to the meat, stir in one direction until well mixed.
Add a little red yeast rice powder for coloring.
Mix water with cornstarch to make a slurry.
Pour the slurry into the mixed meat paste, continue stirring until well combined.
Transfer to a container to remove air bubbles.
Place in a steamer with a plate on top to prevent water from dripping in, steam for 40 minutes. Alternatively, cover with plastic wrap and poke holes, but I prefer not to use plastic wrap.
Let cool after steaming.
Once cooled, slice and enjoy. It can also be paired with other ingredients.
