Detailed Steps for Making Homemade Pudding
Prepare whole milk and QQ Jelly.
Put the blueberry-flavored QQ Jelly in a bowl.
Add two spoonfuls of water to help dissolve the jelly, use an appropriate amount, not too much.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, place the bowl with the QQ Jelly in the pot, stir until melted.
That’s it!
Pour the whole milk into the bowl, adjust the amount of milk according to your taste, if you like it richer, use less milk, one pack of milk is 300ml, I divided it into three portions for three different flavors, feel free to experiment!
Mix the dissolved QQ Jelly with the milk, stir well.
That’s it, a light purple color!
Pour into containers, if you see large bubbles, you can strain it before pouring, I didn’t strain it because my house is under renovation and I’m moving, so no straining! Cover and refrigerate for two hours, make sure it’s refrigerated! For a firmer texture, refrigerate overnight!
This is the strawberry flavor, the steps are the same as before, so I won’t repeat them!
Ha ha, using jelly boxes this time.
Apple flavor, for those who like innovation, you can go for a colorful approach, for example, start with a layer of blueberry, refrigerate for half an hour, then pour in the strawberry flavor, refrigerate again, once set, pour in the apple flavor! Kids will love the look!
This is a picture I “borrowed” from the internet, similar to these colorful puddings, let your creativity flow! Hehe.
My son couldn’t wait to eat it after school (it wasn’t even 2 hours yet, not very set!), the little guy was eager, I snatched it and took a picture.
It tastes really good! Summer is here, make some for the little ones! Eat with peace of mind! Health comes first!
This is the next day, set better than the previous one, right? Hehe.
