Detailed Steps for Making Homemade White Chocolate
First, prepare 150g of cocoa butter.
Melt 30g of butter and cocoa butter together.
3g of lecithin is ready for use.
10g of vanilla powder is ready for use.
60g of powdered sugar is ready for use.
Pour all the sifted powders into the melted cocoa butter and butter mixture and stir well. Then pour the mixture into a squeeze bottle.
Pour the white chocolate sauce into a mold and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to remove the mold.
I used a three-dimensional mold and used the sauce to stick two pieces of chocolate together. It looks cute, doesn’t it?
