Steps to Make Honey and Pomelo Jam Cake
All the ingredients.
Mix the eggs and sugar.
Beat evenly with an egg beater.
Add vegetable oil and mix well.
Add pomelo jam and mix well again.
Add cake flour.
Stir gently with an egg beater, making sure not to draw circles. Stir in a cross or scoop and fold manner. The cake flour I used did not require sifting and was easy to mix. It only took a little stirring and there were no lumps.
Pour the batter into paper molds, sprinkle with sliced almonds on top, and bake in the oven.
Baking: (Time and temperature are for reference only. Please adjust according to your own oven.) Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and bake for 15-18 minutes.
