Sift potato starch, low gluten flour, milk powder, and baking powder.
Beat the egg and add a tablespoon of honey, then add powdered sugar.
Mix well.

Knead the dough into a ball.
Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a finger-thick strip, then cut it into evenly sized pieces.
