Prepare one chicken leg and make a few cuts on the back to allow for better seasoning absorption.
Add cooking wine, minced garlic, and ginger slices to the chicken leg and marinate for 15 minutes to remove any unwanted odors.
Discard the marinade and mix 30g of New Orleans seasoning with the chicken leg. Wear gloves and massage the seasoning into the chicken leg for an hour.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the chicken leg on it. Roast in the middle of the oven at 210 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes without brushing any oil.
