Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and prepare the ingredients.

Mix honey and yogurt together.

Add egg yolks and 20g of milk.

Sift the cake flour and mix until there are no lumps.

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. You can add granulated sugar or not, depending on how sweet you want it. I didn’t add any since the honey was sweet enough.

Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk and yogurt mixture until well combined.

Tap the pan to remove any air bubbles and sprinkle some white sesame seeds on top to add texture to the cake. You can also add nuts if you prefer.

Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 40 minutes until the surface is golden brown. Turn off the oven and let the cake sit in the oven for an additional 10 minutes before taking it out.
