Steps to Make Honeycomb Bread
Prepare ingredients: 225g high-gluten flour, 25g low-gluten flour, 30g sugar, 3g salt, 3g yeast, 1 egg, 120g milk, 35g butter, and 50g raisins.
Mix all the ingredients except butter and raisins in a bread machine until the dough surface is smooth and can be stretched into a thick film. Add butter and knead until the dough expands. Then add the soaked and drained raisins and knead well. Let it ferment in a warm place.
Deflate the fermented dough and divide it into 6 small doughs. Roll them into balls and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Roll the rested dough into an oval shape, flip it over, press the bottom edge flat, and roll it into a strip slowly.
Braid three long strips into a three-strand braid, pinch both ends tightly, and let it ferment in the oven for the final time.
