Steps to Make Honeydew Melon Mousse
Ingredients.
Gelatin powder melted.
Warm milk, add half of the gelatin powder, 20g granulated sugar, mix well, cool, then add yogurt and mix well.
Place a chocolate cake slice at the bottom of a 6-inch mold, pour in the milk mousse mixture, refrigerate until set.
Warm water, 20g granulated sugar, half of the melted gelatin powder, food coloring, mix and let cool.
After the milk mousse sets, place honeydew melon balls, pour in green sugar water, ensuring the melon balls do not float, refrigerate until set.
Pour in the remaining green sugar water, covering the melon balls, refrigerate until set again.
Use a hairdryer to warm and remove from the mold.
