Steps to make Honeydew Melon Sago Dessert
Prepare the ingredients.
Soak the sago in hot water for 15 minutes. (Be sure to stir when adding hot water)
Remove the sago from the hot water and rinse it repeatedly with cold water to remove excess starch. Drain the water.
Boil water in a pot (be sure to boil it), add the sago, and cook until the sago is slightly firm. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 2 minutes.
Remove the sago with a strainer and rinse it repeatedly with cold water to remove excess starch. Put it in a container and set it aside.
Mix the sago with milk and a little honey, and put it in the refrigerator to chill.
Use a melon baller to scoop out the honeydew melon flesh, peel the grapes, put them back in the honeydew melon, add honey beans, and pour the milk sago mixture on top.
