Detailed Steps for Making Hot Pepper Sauce
Wash and chop the chili peppers into small pieces, and fry the peanuts until they are cooked and peeled. Chop the pork into minced meat and marinate it with a little starch and cooking wine.
Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry the meat first, then add the crushed peanuts and roasted sesame seeds and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the golden sauce, a little salt, vinegar, sugar, and MSG to season, add an appropriate amount of water and stir well. When it’s almost done, add the chopped red chili peppers and stir-fry evenly.
Even a bowl of rice with a little sauce is very delicious!
