Mix dry and wet ingredients together.
Mix until the dough is smooth and can be stretched into a film.
Proof at room temperature for 60 minutes at 30°C.
After fermentation, divide the dough into 200g each.
Fold the dough in half.
Roll out the dough.
Roll into a cylindrical shape.
Place in a 1000g toast mold, ferment at 30°C, 80% humidity for 60 minutes.
