Step-by-Step Guide on How to Make Chili Oil
Prepare the ingredients.
Combine salt, chicken bouillon, and thirteen-spice powder into the chili powder and mix well (I used pre-made chili powder).
Heat oil in a pan, add the additional ingredients, and simmer over low heat.
Fry the additional ingredients until fragrant and cooked through (about five minutes).
Once cooked, remove all the additional ingredients.
Add white sesame seeds to the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Turn off the heat.
Quickly pour the hot oil over the chili powder, mix well, and it’s ready to serve.
