Detailed Steps for Making Fried Peanuts
Prepare a handful of shelled peanuts. Add a suitable amount of cumin powder and five-spice powder, mix well.
Microwave on medium heat for three minutes. Flip halfway through to make the peanuts crispier.
Put a little oil in a flat-bottomed pan. (Just a tiny bit.) The main purpose is to make the peanuts look nice. Heat the pan with oil over low heat. Add the peanuts and stir-fry quickly. Stir-fry until the peanuts turn translucent and shiny.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with a little salt, MSG, and ground Sichuan peppercorn. Delicious and crispy fried peanuts are ready.
For the remaining peanuts, seal them well. Take them out when you want to eat. They won’t taste good if the peanuts lose their crispiness.
