Steps to Make Tender and Smooth Sea Cucumber Scrambled Eggs
Soak the sea cucumber, duck eggs, and scallions.
Slice the sea cucumber.
Cut the scallions into sections.
Beat the duck eggs in a bowl (double yolk eggs are used), add salt, cooking wine, and appropriate amount of water, and stir well.
Put oil in the pan, add the white part of the scallions, and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
Add the sea cucumber and stir-fry.
Add salt, cooking wine, and soy sauce, and stir-fry until there is a lot of water in the pan.
