Add yeast and 130g warm water to the flour, mix well to form a dough and let it ferment.
Let the dough ferment until it doubles in size.
Roll the dough into a large rectangular sheet, spread oil evenly on it.
Sprinkle salt evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle chopped scallions evenly over the dough.
Roll up the dough from top to bottom.
Cut the rolled dough into equal pieces.
Press the middle of each piece with chopsticks to make an indentation.
Put the pieces into a steamer and let them ferment for another 15 minutes.
Steam on high heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and let it sit for 3 minutes before opening the lid.
