Steps to Cook Huaiqi Stewed Duck
Prepare a stewing pot, cut the duck into pieces, wash the Chinese yam, goji berries, and red dates.
Add all ingredients into the stewing pot.
Pour in water.
Cover with a lid, place it in a large pot with a towel underneath (to prevent shaking), add water to the pot, cover with the lid, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for four hours. Check if more water needs to be added during the process.
After four hours, season with salt to taste, serve, and enjoy the delicious and nourishing soup, fragrant and sweet.
