Step-by-step Cooking Instructions for Iberian pork loin with sausage & beans
Ingredients: Boneless pork loin (thick slices with a little fat on the edge), Garlic-flavored pork sausage, Onion, Garlic, Mixed salad greens, Maple syrup, Canned beans in salsa sauce, Sea salt, Freshly ground black pepper, Seedless tomatoes (forgot to buy, used tomato sauce instead), Mayonnaise, Olive oil, Unsalted butter.
Season both sides of the pork with sea salt. Preheat a skillet and melt the butter.
Wait for the temperature to rise until it bubbles.
When the butter is hot with a slightly caramel color and a hint of smoke, add the pork loin (the oil should be hot enough, otherwise the pork loin will be tough).
Sear the pork loin until caramelized.
Remove and set aside.
In another pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add chopped onions and sauté.
Then add tomatoes (sauce) and sausage, sauté together.
Add beans and sauté for a moment.
Then stew in water, bring to a boil, add the pork loin, maple syrup, black pepper, garlic paste, season with salt, and before serving, add a little mayonnaise and mix well.
Serve with mixed salad greens and enjoy~ Oh, the remaining sauce in the pan can be used to toss pasta, which is also delicious!
