Ice Cream Puff Cooking Steps
Melted butter, water, and puff pastry mix into a container
Mix well to form a dough, then quickly beat with an egg beater for two minutes
Beat the eggs, add them to the batter gradually, and beat well after each addition
Finally, beat until the batter is smooth and fine
Use chopsticks to create a triangular shape
Transfer the batter into a piping bag
Pipe onto a baking tray
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the baking tray on the middle-lower rack, bake for 15 minutes. Once the puffs have expanded, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and continue baking for 20 minutes until golden brown
Let the baked puffs cool, then make a cut at the top one-third with a small knife
