Main Ingredients:
Eggs: 2; Cocoa Powder: 10g; Cake Flour: 100g; Cooking Oil: 15g.

Dark Chocolate: 50g; Chocolate Sauce: 40g; Whipping Cream: 65g; White Sugar: 60g.

White Vinegar: 3 drops.

Ice Cream Sandwich Cake Cooking Steps
Mix Dark Chocolate with Whipping Cream
Add Cooking Oil
Melt the mixture over a double boiler, stir well, and let it cool
Pour in Cooking Oil
Add 20g of Sugar and beat until smooth
Add eggs in two batches, beating well before adding the next egg
Add Chocolate Sauce and mix well
Sift in Cake Flour and Cocoa Powder, fold gently and set aside
Beat egg whites with a few drops of white vinegar, add sugar and continue beating
Stop beating when egg whites form stiff peaks
Take one-third of the egg whites and fold into the chocolate mixture
Line the mold with a layer of batter using a piping bag at the bottom and edges, then insert ice cream sticks
Repeat the process for all sticks
Fill the center with the chocolate sauce made earlier
Top with another layer of batter
Gently tap the mold, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Once baked, it should look like this
Allow to cool slightly before easily removing from the mold, then wrap in plastic wrap after cooling.
