Place walnuts in the oven at 120 degrees for 30 minutes, crush the walnuts after they are crispy and remove the skins
Mix crushed walnuts with salt and sugar until well combined
Sift together low-gluten flour, baking powder, and vanilla powder, then add to the walnut mixture and mix well
Add beaten eggs, mix well to form a dough
Roll the dough into a long strip, place it on a baking sheet, and brush the surface with beaten egg
Place in a preheated oven, bake at 170 degrees on top and 150 degrees on the bottom for 30 minutes until the surface is lightly golden brown
Once baked, let the long strip cool slightly, then slice it thinly
Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and bake again at 130 degrees top and bottom for 35 minutes to dry out the moisture in the cookies
