Italian Squash and Mushroom Stir-Fry Detailed Steps
Wash and cut the mushrooms in half.
Cut the Italian squash in half and then into small pieces.
Peel and dice the carrots.
Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water, remove and drain.
Blanch the carrots until soft.
Heat the oil in a wok, add minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add Italian squash and carrots and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms and stir-fry until well combined.
Add oyster sauce and sugar and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
