Steps to Cook Jade Cabbage

Ingredients: 150g minced meat, half carrot, small piece of soft tofu, corn kernels, and other ingredients. Seasonings: Pomelo, pepper, salad dressing, salt, chicken bouillon, cooking wine, sugar, light soy sauce.
Peel the carrot and blend it with corn kernels using a food processor.
Combine the blended mixture with other ingredients in a bowl.
Add all seasonings except salad dressing, mix well.
Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water, then remove.
Place some meat filling on a blanched cabbage leaf.
Fold the sides in and roll up to form jade cabbage. Steam over boiling water for about 5 minutes.
Remove excess liquid, then drizzle with some pomelo pepper salad dressing for a refreshing appetizer.
