Mix green tea powder with sago flour evenly.
Make homemade green tea filling into small round balls and set aside (I have previously shared the recipe for green tea filling, you can check it out).
Add boiling water to sago flour in small amounts and knead into a non-sticky dough. Divide the dough into equal portions, wrap each portion around a green tea filling ball to form a dumpling, place them in a dish, and steam in an electric rice cooker until cooked.
