Soften butter, add powdered sugar and beat until the color lightens and volume increases
Add beaten egg liquid gradually and mix well
Add sifted cake flour and fold until no dry flour remains
Knead into a smooth dough by hand
Divide into small, medium, and large dough balls (about 40g, 80g, 150g)
Add cocoa powder, custard powder, and matcha powder to each corresponding dough ball
Knead the three colored doughs thoroughly
Roll the custard powder dough into a cylinder with a diameter of about 2cm
Roll the matcha dough into a rectangle about 18cm×9cm
Place the custard cylinder on the rolled matcha dough
Wrap evenly and press firmly
Roll the cocoa dough into a rectangle about 18cm×13cm
Place the previously made matcha cylinder on the rolled cocoa dough
Press firmly, wrap in plastic wrap, and freeze in the freezer for about 15 minutes
