Detailed Steps to Cook Korean Army Stew
I used an electric hot pot, first spread some oil on the bottom, then add shredded onions and bean sprouts.
Add Napa cabbage (tear into pieces by hand).
Then arrange the meat, vegetables, and bean products. Meat: (cut sausages into flower shapes, cut thick fish cakes in half, slice crab sticks, cut crab sticks in half, devein large shrimp). Vegetables: (slice zucchini). Bean Products: (cut tofu puffs into small pieces, cut bean curd sheets into diamond shapes).
Take a large bowl, add two tablespoons of spicy sauce, the powder packet from the Shin Ramyun, and half the amount of water for the vegetables.
Stir well.
Pour the sauce into the pot, place some chopped kimchi in the middle.
Cover and cook until half-cooked.
Add the Shin Ramyun, press it down to soak in the broth as much as possible, and cook for 5 minutes.
