Detailed Steps for Cooking Korean-style Chicken Feet
Wash the chicken feet and cut off the nails.
Put ginger, scallions, and cooking wine in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam.
Take a small bowl and mix 3 tablespoons of Korean spicy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Heat up oil in a pan and add garlic cloves.
Add the chicken feet and stir-fry.
Pour all the sauce into the pan, add some salt, and braise with a little water.
Cook for about 20 minutes until the chicken feet are soft and tender. Take them out and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
I can eat two bowls of rice with this dish. It’s so delicious!
