Steps for Making KT Yogurt Mousse
The homemade yogurt is still warm. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water and add them to the yogurt mixture after they have dissolved. If you don’t have homemade yogurt, heat a small portion of store-bought yogurt and add the gelatin sheets to dissolve.
Whip the cream with sugar until it reaches a flowing consistency.
Pour the yogurt mixture into the whipped cream and mix well to make the mousse mixture.
Crush the cookies into crumbs using a rolling pin or a food processor. Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs.
Wash and dry the mold. Spread the cookie crumb mixture evenly on the bottom of the mold and press it down firmly with your hands.
Pour the mousse mixture into the mold and spread it evenly with a spatula. Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
Leave a small amount of mousse mixture and add food coloring. Pipe it into the mold to make a bow. Melt chocolate and pipe it into the nose and eyes of the cat mold. Freeze in the refrigerator.
Take out the mousse from the refrigerator and add the milk and gelatin mixture to make a mirror glaze.
Refrigerate again for about 1 hour to let the mousse set completely.
Remove the mold and take out the nose, eyes, and bow of the KT cat. Decorate the mousse and cut it into pieces. It is delicious and visually appealing, and children love it.
