Fujian oil noodles: 1000g; Laksa sauce: 100g; Shrimp: 200g; Tofu puffs: 200g; Coconut milk: 1 can.

Olive oil: appropriate amount; Bean sprouts: appropriate amount; Lemongrass: 1 stalk; Bird’s eye chili: 2; Salt: appropriate amount.

Laksa cooking steps
Prepare the ingredients: (forgot to take a picture of the shrimp) Fujian oil noodles, tofu puffs, bean sprouts, lemongrass, bird’s eye chili, laksa sauce, coconut milk.
Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water and set aside.
Then blanch the tofu puffs.
Finally, blanch the Fujian oil noodles.
Put the blanched Fujian oil noodles and bean sprouts in a bowl and set aside.
Heat some olive oil in another pot, add bird’s eye chili and lemongrass and stir-fry briefly.
Add laksa sauce and stir well.
Add some salt, then pour in some water and bring to a boil.
Add the shrimp.
Pour in the coconut milk.
Finally, add the tofu puffs and let them cook for a while to absorb the flavor, then turn off the heat.
Add the cooked laksa soup to the bowl of noodles and it’s ready to eat.
