Steps to Cook Laochu Bok Choy
Wash and cut the bok choy into pieces.
Cut the pork into slices.
Soak and wash the wood ear mushrooms, then tear them into pieces.
Cook the vermicelli in boiling water until done, then rinse with cold water and set aside.
Heat the wok and add oil, then stir-fry garlic, scallions, and ginger until fragrant.
Add the pork and stir-fry until it releases oil.
Add the bok choy and stir-fry until it starts to release water.
Add the wood ear mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.
Add soy sauce and Maggi seasoning sauce, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the vermicelli and a little salt, and stir-fry over high heat for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and serve.
