Latte Art Cake Cooking Steps
Separate egg whites and yolks, place them in clean, dry, and oil-free bowls respectively.
Add sugar to egg whites and beat until soft peaks form.
Beat egg yolks with an electric mixer until pale.
Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the egg yolks and mix well.
Add water to corn oil, mix well.
Pour the egg yolk mixture, mix well.
Add the remaining egg whites to the egg yolk mixture, fold gently.
Sift in the low-gluten flour.
Fold gently until no lumps remain.
Grease the cake mold with butter to prevent sticking.
Take a small spoonful of cake batter, dip a toothpick in pink food coloring, mix it into the batter, transfer to a piping bag.
Pour the plain cake batter into the cake mold.
Pipe the pink cake batter on top, then use a toothpick to create desired patterns.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius, bake in the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
Let it cool, then remove from the mold.
