Baby Bok Choy: 1 head; Shimeji Mushroom: 1-2; Tomato: 1/2; Soy Sauce: appropriate amount; Chicken Soup Cube: 1/2; Salt: appropriate amount; Pepper: a little.

Steps for Making Lazy Handmade Noodle Soup
Thaw the dough to room temperature and knead it flat.
Roll it into a sheet, sprinkle with flour, and fold it. Refer to my other noodle recipes for details.
Cut it into even strips and shake them apart.
Cut the bok choy and shimeji mushrooms into small pieces or slices.
Boil water in a pot, add chicken soup cube, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add the vegetables and mushrooms and cook until soft.
Add the noodles and tomato and cook until boiling. If you like soft noodles, cook for a little longer.
