Leek and Pork Buns Cooking Steps
Wash the pork and chop it into small pieces. My ratio is 6:4. Add seasonings and stir in one direction until well mixed. Set aside.
Wash the leek and remove excess water. I prepared it in the morning. Then chop it into small pieces and mix it with the pork.
The fermented flour was prepared the night before and I used Angel Yeast. Since the flour was ground by myself, it is not very white, but it is definitely safe and delicious.
