Steps for making Lemon Baked Chicken Wings
Soak the chicken wings in water for 10 minutes, then wash them and make two cuts on each side.
Slice the garlic and add all the seasonings: soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, dark soy sauce, cooking oil, black pepper, and salt.
Wear gloves and mix well.
Slice the lemon, remove the seeds, and mix with the chicken wings. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
