Steps to make Lemon Cocoa Cake
Various raw materials (you can pre-mix cocoa powder with 40g of milk and set aside)
Beat egg yolks with 20g of sugar and 70g of milk, then add salad oil in three portions and mix well
Add sifted cake flour and baking soda, and mix well
Add the cocoa powder and milk mixture to the egg and milk batter
Mix well to form the cocoa batter
Add the remaining 80g of sugar to the egg whites in three portions
Beat until the egg whites are 10 minutes old
Add the egg white foam to the cocoa batter in three portions
Stir gently to mix well
Pour the batter into a square baking pan lined with baking paper, tap lightly, and shake off the bubbles
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes
Place another sheet of baking paper and invert the baked cocoa cake onto it
After cooling, remove the bottom baking paper
Spread your favorite jam on the side that you think is not good-looking. I like lemon-flavored salad dressing. Cut into square pieces or other shapes
Stack two pieces of cut cake together and serve.
