Steps to Cook Lemon-Pickled Cherry Radish
Prepare cherry radish and lemon.
Use chopsticks to hold the radish on both sides and cut a cross-shaped slit on top without cutting through the bottom.
Then cut it into a “rice” shape.
Carefully separate the skin and flesh with a knife.
Grate the lemon peel and mix it into the radish, using only the yellow part of the peel.
