Prepare the ingredients: white radish, lemon, sugar, and white vinegar (I forgot to take a picture of the white vinegar together).
Peel and slice the white radish.
Then cut the radish slices into fan shapes.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt on the radish slices for pickling.
Cut the lemon in half.
Cut one half into fan shapes as well.
Squeeze the juice from the other half of the lemon.
Squeeze the pickled white radish dry.
Place the lemon slices on top of the radish slices.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Pour in the lemon juice.
Pour in the white vinegar, enough to cover the ingredients.
Mix well, seal and refrigerate to marinate.
