Detailed Steps to Cook Lemon Spicy Chicken Feet
Wash the chicken feet and remove the nails.
Cut each chicken foot into three pieces, cutting the leg and toe parts in half. (I added chicken necks because I had them at home.)
Put the chicken feet, green onions, ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, cooking wine, and cold water in a pot, boil for about 15 minutes after the water boils.
The chicken feet are now cooked.
Drain the hot broth, wash the chicken feet five times with cold water until clean, then drain.
Pour the sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Cut the onion, green onion, and bird’s eye chilies into pieces, and slice the lemon.
Put the chicken feet and all the ingredients into the bowl, wear gloves, and mix well.
Here is the finished product, seal and refrigerate for six hours before serving.
