Detailed Steps for Cooking Lemongrass Minced Chili Salmon Tail
1. Clean the salmon tail, make a few cuts on the body, and pan-fry until both sides are slightly golden.
2. Add cooking wine to remove fishy smell, cover and simmer for half a minute.
3. Add a spoonful of lemongrass sauce;
4. Add minced garlic, minced ginger, and minced chili.
5. Pour in soy sauce. Flip the fish and let the seasonings simmer with the fish.
6. Add a little water, cook over medium heat until the fish is 80% cooked (about 3-5 minutes). Salmon cooks quickly, so be careful with the cooking time.
7. Cut one wrinkled pepper into small cubes.
8. When the fish is 80% cooked, add the diced green pepper, a small amount of warm water, simmer until cooked and flavorful. Sprinkle with chicken powder before serving.
