Steps to Make Liangfen Sago Soup
Pour a small amount of cold water into a container, sift in the black Liangfen.
Stir until smooth and without lumps, set aside.
Bring water to a boil after adding sugar.
Pour in the Liangfen mixture while stirring with a spoon, bring to a boil and then turn off the heat.
Pour the cooked Liangfen into a container to set and cool, then refrigerate.
Add a small amount of hot water to dissolve sugar, then add two tablespoons of condensed milk.
Pour in milk and mix well.
After mixing well, refrigerate.
Bring water to a boil, add Sago while stirring to prevent sticking.
Cook Sago until slightly translucent, then cover and let it sit until all Sago turns transparent.
After soaking the cooked Sago in cold water, drain.
Cut the set Liangfen into small pieces.
In a bowl, add Liangfen, Sago.
Pour in the pre-made sauce and serve.
Finished product.
