Steps to Cook Lily and Lotus Seed Stewed Pumpkin
Prepare the ingredients.
Soak the lotus seeds and lily bulbs in advance.
You can remove the core of the lotus seeds or leave it, depending on your preference.
Put lotus seeds, lily bulbs, and red dates in a clay pot with an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat.
Thoroughly wash the baby pumpkin, cut it into small cubes with the skin on, and set aside.
When the lotus seeds and lily bulbs become soft and sticky, add the pumpkin.
Then add the rock sugar.
