Little Girl Cake Cooking Steps
Cut the cake into 2 slices with a bread knife.
Wash the strawberries, pick the large ones, and dice the uneven ones. (Approximately 6-7 strawberries used.)
Whip the cream with sugar until it reaches 9/10 consistency, with visible patterns but still slowly flowing.
Take one piece of the 10-inch cake, thinly spread a layer of cream, and sprinkle with diced strawberries.
Place another piece of the 10-inch cake, spread a little cream in the center of the cake, place a piece of the 8-inch cake on top, spread more cream on top, and sprinkle the remaining diced strawberries.
Cover with another piece of the 8-inch cake, pour in the cream.
Smooth with a spatula. Use two large knives to transfer the cake to a cake stand.
Whip the remaining cream until stiff.
Take half and mix with cocoa powder until well combined.
Take the other half and mix with 1 drop of pink food coloring.
Use the cocoa cream to draw hair, black beans as eyes, use gelatin to draw the mouth, and decorate with pink cream as desired.
