Roast 160g of peanuts in the oven at 170℃ for 15 minutes. Remove the peanut skins after they have cooled.
Put the roasted peanuts into a meat grinder and add 60g of powdered sugar.
Continue to grind until it becomes a paste. This may take some time and patience. It will first become a powder, and then the peanut oil will slowly come out, gradually turning into a paste.
The peanut filling is now complete. Wrap it in plastic wrap and set it aside for later use.
Sift 120g of low-gluten flour, 1g of salt, and 5g of powdered sugar. Add 30g of melted unsalted butter and mix well.
Mix 40ml of fresh milk and 1 egg yolk together and add to the mixture.
Knead the dough into a smooth texture, divide it into 2 portions, with one portion weighing around 100g. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Take one portion of the dough and sprinkle 1g of matcha powder on it. Knead it repeatedly until the matcha powder is evenly mixed in. The matcha dough is now complete.

Take out the rested original dough, divide it into 2 portions, and roll one portion into a tongue shape.
Cut one side flat with a knife.
Take out the prepared peanut filling, roll it into a long strip, and place it on the dough.
Roll up the dough, cut off the excess, and knead it into a slightly round shape.
Cut diagonally to create dense knife marks, but be careful not to cut too deep.
Cut out a piece every 4 cuts or so, pinch it with two fingers in the middle, and shape it.
